Mark is authorised by the Chief Justice in Ireland to provide Notary Services in the city of Dublin, Fingal, Dun-Laoghaire-Rathdown, and the counties of Meath, Kildare & Wicklow.
Mark Hennelly
Mark Hennelly was constituted and appointed to be a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Ireland, Chief Justice Donal O’Donnell, for the City of Dublin and the Administrative counties of South Dublin, Fingal, Dun-Laoghaire-Rathdown and the counties of Kildare, Wicklow and Meath.
Mark is a practising solicitor and Partner at David Walley and Co LLP Solicitors. He obtained an honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis.
He also holds the following:
• Diploma in Legal Studies;
• Diploma in Civil Litigation;
• Certificate in Personal Insolvency;
• Diploma in Commercial Property; and a
• Diploma in Notarial Law & Practice.
